Shipping & Refund Policy

Order Processing and Delivery

All orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from the time of order placement. Transit times vary based on the customer’s final destination, typically ranging from 4 to 7 business days for domestic deliveries and international deliveries, subject to customs clearance.

Potential Delays

While we maintain a 95% inventory of our catalog, certain products may need to be sourced directly from the brand to ensure the delivery of fresh items. In such cases, your order may experience a slight delay. Additionally, during mega-sale events, dispatches may be delayed due to increased order volumes. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.

International Shipping Liability

For international Priority shipments (letters/envelopes/packages), our maximum liability is limited to the lower of USD 100 or the freight charges. For international Shipments (packs/boxes/other packaging), our maximum liability is USD 20 per kg or the cost of goods as declared on the invoice, whichever is lower. In the case of MPS packing, the maximum liability is USD 20 or the prorated invoice value, whichever is lower.

Claims and Refunds

All claims must be notified to us in writing within 21 days from the date of delivery. Freight refunds are permissible when delays are due to reasons under our control. However, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by holidays, incorrect addresses, banned items, paperwork, customs regulatory delays, or other force majeure conditions.

Return Policy

Our return policy is applicable for 10 days, subject to the following conditions:
    1. Unused
    2. Undamaged
    3. Unwashed with tags in original packaging

Refund Policy

Any returned item must be in its original condition, with all tags intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Cancellations

We are unable to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If you wish to cancel an order, it can only be done after the customer has received the delivery. For all accepted
cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days, offer store credits, or facilitate an exchange for another available size or product, as per your preference.
